BOOM BAP RAP LIVES HERE: March 2016

...Part II: Hip Hop underdogs of 2015

Ok, it's time for part II of my top best albums released in 2015. I deliberately separate my list into two different posts. My idea was first to write down the "main stream", well-known and respected artists who continue to write and produce music and stay true to the authentic hip-hop sound. The Second list however is with a subtitle "The underdogs". For me these are the artists that start their career by making a stand for the passion we all share - Real Boom Bap Hip Hop !

Hip Hop Albums of 2015, Best Real Hip Hop Albums, My Top Rap Albums

If you and your friends were raised on Golden Era hip-hop and miss that boom bap sound, the raw flow, the deep lyrics, the punchlines then you probably often have one of those "What-happened-to-hip-hop" conversations. Well, my opinion might not be popular among the "real" hip-hop fans, but I didn't see boombap fading away, I saw the fans stop supporting it. It's only natural, to grow up, to be busy with work, career, family, however if you do have time to complain about hip-hop, then may be more positive use of your free time would be to familiarize yourself with the new projects out there that carry the torch and keep the culture alive.
So this is my list, it's not based on sales, hype or being critically acclaim, this list of Top Hip Hop/Rap Albums is only based on my gut and love for real hip-hop.
