As far as I am aware this is the first and only official video from the latest Masta Ace's project "The Falling Season". In my opinion, this album cannot be praised enough. Originality, lyrics, message, production, this LP deserves 5 stars from any hip-hop fan.
What made me even happier than the album, after listening to it at least twenty times, is that my favourite song is the one chosen to be videographed. The black and white, video re-creates the story of the song and perhaps the whole album.
A young black kid just trying to survive while facing the harsh reality of living in the Big Apple, is forced to make a choice. The options in front of the boy are to either give in to the fear, to buy a gun and to became part of his environment or to follow his intelligence and raise above the circumstances.
